I read recently that this was a popular motto during the Depression:
"Eat it up, wear it out, make it do or do without."
Wow, folks, talk about the ultimate "green" perspective. This motto ought to be our motto today. If more people lived by this idea, we might have been able to avoid some of the pitfalls of our current economy. I love it!
