Best Darn Corn-on-the-Cob....period

Ingredients:
One grill with flaming hot coals
Ears of corn still in their husks

Directions:
Place ears directly over the hot coals and cook for about 15 minutes...turning frequently. The husks will darken and may burn. That's okay! Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes. The husks protect the corn itself from burning and retain the moisture to help in the cooking process. When the corn is cool enough to handle, the husks peel easily and the silk can be pulled off in one "swoop" by simply tugging from the top. I've tried roasting ears in the oven, but it's not quite the same. When cooked on the grill, the ears have that great BBQ smell and taste. This is the only way I intend to cook corn-on-the-cob in the future!!
